Arduino OpenTherm Gateway can be used for monitoring and altering communication between thermostat and boiler
You just need to follow these simple steps:
- Solder corresponding headers, screw therminal blocks to Master and Slave OpenTherm Shields and solder them on top of Arduino OpenTherm Shield
- Stack Arduino Gateway on Arduino Uno or Mega board
- Install OpenTherm Library into Arduino IDE
- Flash sample sketch
Arduino OpenTherm Gateway can't be used as power source for a thermostat. Low power mode is supported only.
